Mandatory Unboxing Video
To verify damage:
- Record a video before opening the package, showing all angles
- Continue recording as you open the parcel and display the product
- Share it with us at support@chket.com within 24 hours of delivery

- Our team will review the video and images
- If verified, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund/store credit
