What If My Order Is Damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To verify damage:

  • Record a video before opening the package, showing all angles
  • Continue recording as you open the parcel and display the product
  • Share it with us at support@chket.com within 24 hours of delivery
Next Steps
  • Our team will review the video and images
  • If verified, we will offer:
    • A replacement (if available), or
    • A refund/store credit

  • If the mandatory unboxing video is not provided, the return request for damaged items may be rejected.
