• The product matches what was shipped to you

   • For damaged/defective items: share clear photos or videos
   • For damage claims: an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
3. Approval Within 48 Business Hours
   Our team will verify your request before scheduling a pickup.
4. Pickup & Inspection
   We arrange a reverse pickup. The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
5. Refund/Store Credit Issued
   After quality checks, refunds are processed within 15 business days.
